James is the second member of the Team Rocket trio. Having fled a wealthy family, he is the most sensitive of the group and grows sincerely attached to his Pokémon, from Weezing to Cacnea.
With Jessie and Meowth, he recites the Team Rocket motto at every appearance, to the delight of fans.
